To present Switzerland’s strength and creativity in a highly relevant field in today’s China, The “Arch/Scapes: negotiationg Swiss Architecture and Landscape” exhibition has been developed by the Swiss Architecture Museum (SAM) and shown in the Sao Paolo Architecture Biennale in 2007 as Switzerland’s official contribution. It is presently being shown in Basel. This 300 m2 exhibition shows, through 15 case-studies, how architecture, urban development and landscape protection are being negotiated in Switzerland.
